We will take the responsibility of after-service from 3 parts, warranty policy, Technical support and customer service.
Warranty polity

All of our items will carry one year warranty, below are the detail policy.

Under the duration of the warranty


We will provide 1% spare part together with the shipment.

If the faulty unit can’t be fixed, we will replace them as per customers’ requirement form with reference pictures. The freight cost will be on customers’ side.


If the faulty units are because of the software, we will provide customers software files and instruction for software update.

Over the duration of the warranty

Customers will have to together the faulty unit certain quantity and return to us. We will fix them properly only charging the cost for the material and labor. The freight cost will take care by the customers’ side.

Circumstances not compatible with our warranty policy

Product damaged by customer because wrong operation or not follow the user manual.

Product damaged in commercial user

Customers try to fix the faulty unit themselves to tear down the unit.

Technical support & customer service

After the shipment, we will provide free of charge software updated as per customers’ requirement.

We will answer all of the technical issues within 24 hours after we receive the technical questions from customers, and we will come back with customers problem solved schedule within 48 hours and follow up properly by specialists.
